Service Overview

Run by RICK is a business intelligence service provided by Vanguard Creative. We monitor your local search rankings, competitor activity, online reputation, and market signals, then deliver weekly intelligence briefs with actionable insights.

Our goal is to surface what changed, what matters, and what to do next — without requiring you to manage dashboards, analyze data, or hire a full-service agency.

Subscription Terms

• Monthly plans: Billed annually. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
• All plans: 12-month agreement, billed annually upfront. No monthly billing option.
• Auto-renewal: All plans auto-renew at the end of the 12-month term unless cancelled with 30 days written notice before the renewal date.

Free Visibility Audit

The free audit is provided at no charge and does not create a subscription or obligation. Results are delivered within 5 business days of request. We may decline audit requests at our discretion.

Setup & Onboarding

Setup begins after first payment is received.

• Monthly subscribers: Setup within 5 business days of first payment.
• Annual subscribers: Priority setup within 48 hours of first payment.

We require read-only access to your Google Business Profile and your website URL. We cannot and will not post, edit, or modify any content on your behalf. Our access is strictly observational.

Payment & Billing

All payments are processed via Stripe. Prices are in USD.

• Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month.
• Annual plans are billed once per year on the anniversary of your signup date.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved.

Cancellation Policy

• Termination: You may terminate your agreement at any time by providing written notice to rick@runbyrick.com. Upon early termination, the remaining balance of the annual contract is due immediately. No partial refunds are issued for unused months within the contract term.
• Example: If you are on the Watch plan ($399/month, $4,788 annual) and terminate after 4 months, the remaining balance of $3,192 (8 months remaining) is due immediately.
• Renewal cancellation: To prevent auto-renewal, provide 30 days written notice before your renewal date. No termination fee applies if cancelled before the next term begins.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to rick@vanguardcreative.net to be valid. Your service continues through the end of the notice period.

What We Do and Do not Do

We DO:

• Monitor your local search presence and rankings
• Track competitor activity and market signals
• Deliver weekly intelligence briefs with actionable insights
• Provide SEO setup and technical optimization as part of onboarding

We DO NOT:

• Guarantee specific rankings or search results
• Manage your social media accounts
• Run your advertising campaigns
• Provide legal or financial advice
• Post, edit, or modify any content on your behalf

Data & Privacy

We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

• Read-only access means we view data — we never modify it.
• Business data you share with us is used solely to deliver your intelligence briefs.
• We do not share client data with other clients or outside parties.

Limitation of Liability

Run by RICK provides intelligence and analysis. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our reports or recommendations.

Results vary by market, competition, and implementation. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or search ranking improvements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vanguard Creative's total liability for any claim arising from use of Run by RICK is limited to the amount paid by the subscriber in the 30 days preceding the claim.
